Head of Field Operations / Senior Sales Manager

We're looking for a senior sales manager with excellent leadership skills and documented success from software development companies. As head of field operations, you will be managing a cross functional and distributed team responsible for sales, marketing, partnerships and support. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent on managing the Field Ops team, 50% will be spent on product sales and customer success.

On your first day, we expect that you have:

  • 10+ years experience from the software development industry
  • 5+ years of experience as sales manager for software products
  • Documented success from managing teams (people management)
  • Technical experience and passion for advanced software products
  • Experience from international and distributed environments
  • Experience from budgeting, forecasting and PNL
  • Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent skills in the English language
  • Skills in the Swedish language (highly meritorious)

Some of your missions will be to:

  • Establish a sales process from prospecting to retention
  • Actively work to expand our market reach worldwide 
  • Establish a customer on-boarding and retention process
  • Ensure high conversion rate from evaluation to paying customers
  • Ensure that we continue to offer world-class product support
  • Ensure we have an amazing partner program for 100+ partners
  • Ensure we run cost effective and high value marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that we have a steady flow of published success stories
  • Managing a fantastic team of individuals in the Field Ops team

You will be a part of the management team and report to the CEO.

You probably hold a relevant bachelor or masters degree from the university and you've spent the last years in helping companies grow to international recognised brands.
