The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning, creation and promotion of content. In other words, you would drive and contribute to an editorial calendar that is aligned with SEO strategy, product roadmap and overall sales goals.

The primary focus of this role is on creating content for our blog in order to improve SEO. At first, you would work with the head of marketing to craft a high-level content strategy. Then, you would be in the driver seat and collaborate with other departments to (1) generate ideas and (2) write compelling content. In other words, you would own a content calendar with a steady stream of publications that can be as diverse as your imagination allows - from use cases and success stories to industry insights, white papers, how-to’s or even infographics. 

As Content Marketing Specialist, you would also take the lead on our social media presence, by promoting your content, as well as events, product releases, news and other topics. 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage the editorial calendar

• Collaborate with teams to generate ideas

• Write, edit and publish a wide range of content

• Optimize content for SEO - implement meta tags, UTM links & keywords

• Animate our social media channels

• Coordinate with the creative team to create graphics for contents

• Track impact using tools like MOZ and Google Analytics

• Report on activities & make recommendations 

• Write copy for the website, landing pages and emails

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 2-3 years experience writing blog posts for B2B and/or tech companies

• Strong writing, SEO and editing skills

• Experience with CMS and social media publishing platforms

• Previous experience with HubSpot and MOZ is a plus

• Creative and effective

• Excellent communications skills

• Able to work autonomously as well as within a team setting

• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus
