Technical Support Enthusiast

If you are passionate about providing and developing a world class customer support service to the world's largest customers this role could be perfect for you. You will be a part of our awesome support team, which is focused on providing advanced support and product expertise to our customers. In this role, you will work with other team members as well as product developers in Canada and Sweden. You will be part of a growing team of specialists improving our support capabilities, capacity, and quality for our customers.

You will perform triage, root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting across one-to-many Riada products and as well engage in pre-sales activities. As part of the team you will receive on-boarding training to make you a specialist in one to many of our products.

Who you are?

Besides being a technical enthusiast, we believe the right person has:

  • Deep understanding of operating systems (e.g. Linux and/or Windows)
  • Deep understanding of networks and relevant technologies, including proxies, LDAP, Active Directory, SSL, etc.
  • Understanding of application server technologies (e.g. Tomcat, Apache, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Advanced skills in the English language

Desired competencies and personal merits: 

  • Previous experience in customer support, software services, and/or system administration for a large sw community
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Communication and social skills to manage customer dialogues 
  • Experience with Agile Methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with Atlassian product suite
  • Knowledge in Postgres, MSSQL, ...etc

You probably hold a bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
