Channel Account Manager

Riada’s Channel community is growing and so is the Riada Partner Program. Have you managed a channel business before and want to do it at a hyper-growth company?  We're looking for someone who knows how to build partner relationships, and motivate partners to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to grow their Riada related business.

In this role you'll get to:

  • Own and build partner relationships within one or more territories
  • Recruit and develop new partners, ranging from small specialists to regional system integrators
  • Onboard and orient partners with minimal ramp up time and maximum productivity
  • Drive partner engagement and partner program awareness
  • Drive partners to achieve accreditations and certifications
  • Educate, equip and enable partners on the program benefits and resources available to them
  • Plan and design programs for external Channel Partners using requirements and rewards to drive a motivational behavior 
  • Ensure partners follow sales and marketing best practices
  • Lead partner check ins and cadence calls and partner QBRs
  • Track partner compliance, metrics and performance
  • Resolve partner issues
  • Lead product planning and activation, such as; identification of opportunities, management of execution against growth area strategies 
  • Participate in and lead partner events

  • Identify, plan with and develop growth partners and further drive top partner revenue
  • Keeping Riada top of mind of enabled partners - retainment


More about you

You have experience enabling, on-boarding and/or managing partners in the enterprise software industry, ideally at least two years experience in a channel development role with a proven ability to build rapport with partners. You understand what it takes to enable and equip partners for success, and you're passionate about seeing partners succeed & realize the value proposition of our awesome products.

 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of related channel programs or channel marketing experience
  • A drive to represent the Riada Channel and advocate on behalf of our partners
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Atlassian product and ecosystem experience (Desired)
  • Partner Incentive program management and budget management experience
  • Partner business management, analytical, and planning programs experience
  • Portal management and marketing automation experience to best utilize automation to scale communications
  • Partner communications experience through partner portals, social, email, etc
  • A desire to communicate through dashboards, reports, and charts to communicate and inform your team on progress of initiatives
  • A solid understanding of Channel Partner business models and what roles Partners can play to help solution, sell, and add services with software products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate concisely


More about our team

This position is within the Riada Field Ops organization and you will work closely with enablement, operations, marketing, sales and other channel team members. The channel team is tasked with global enablement and go-to-market with partners and we are highly focused on customer satisfaction and success and you will be working with over 100+ global channel partners and ensuring our programs support their businesses. Most of our sales are done through Atlassian marketplace where everything is transparent – including pricing and access to product.
