Channel Marketing Manager

Riada’s Channel community is growing and so is the Riada Partner Program. Have you managed a channel business before and want to do it at a hyper-growth company?  We're looking for someone who knows how to attract partners, and motivate partners to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to grow their Riada related business.

In this role you'll get to:

  • Build and manage the channel marketing strategy inclusive of budget and ROI 
  • Create, manage and execute effective and measurable marketing plans with our channel partners within the Atlassian Ecosystem 
  • Lead development of partner marketing campaigns
  • Plan and manage channel marketing activities  
  • Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements
  • In partnership with the marketing team, manage our trade show and events 
  • Develop Market Development Funds strategies and program follow ups
  • Support and manage partner training events (both live and virtual) with a focus on driving attendance and engagement.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure we are in sync with product launches through partner channels
  • Contribute to the partner value proposition
  •  Be able to create to-the-point positioning documents, collaterals and competitive information that the partner would like to read
  • Work in partnership with sales to build and execute solution and incentive campaigns with our partners to help drive awareness and net new revenue

 

More about you

You have experience enabling, on-boarding and/or managing partners or partner marketing in the enterprise software industry, ideally at least two years experience in a channel development role with a proven ability to build rapport with partners. You understand what it takes to enable and equip partners for success, and you're passionate about seeing partners succeed & realise the value proposition of our awesome products.

Qualifications

  • Experience with channel marketing
  • Collaborative and enjoys working with product, sales and other functions
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing trade shows and events
  • Outstanding time-management and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail in grammar and content
  • Must interact effectively and comfortably with both senior management and staff
  • Willing and able to travel
  • 3-6 years professional experience in marketing, public relations or related fields
  • Familiarity with high-tech environment, electronics industries, and/or B2B marketing preferred


More about our team

This position is within the Riada Field Ops organization and you will work closely with enablement, operations, sales and other channel team members. The channel team is tasked with global enablement and go-to-market with partners and we are highly focused on customer satisfaction and success and you will be working with over 100+ global channel partners and ensuring our programs support their businesses. Most of our sales are done through Atlassian marketplace where everything is transparent – including pricing and access to product.
